Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications we provide. Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being shipped. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers in different countries. This shows that we're committed to be the largest online retailer in the world. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.

Please note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Prior to shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be in the original packaging.
